The Slipstream is compatible with the SPD cleat. Please ensure to check that your pedal states that it is SPD compatible.If you have a stationary bike at home or an outdoor bike that is not compatible with SPD cleats, you will need to switch the type of pedals in order to clip in with your cycling shoes.The Slipstream is not compatible with a LOOK Delta cleat.
VibeCycle will accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in original packaging.
Please note, for the TIEM cycling shoes, if you have installed an SPD cleat into your shoes, we cannot accept a return for any reason, even if the cleat is subsequently removed.
Returns are at client’s cost, via Canada Post to the below address. Once shoes are received and inspected, then the exchange or refund will be processed.

1.Align the cleat with the ball of your foot and tighten the screws securely such that the cleat does not slide or rotate against the sole. *It is very important that cleats be installed as tight as possible!*
2.Regularly check the screw heads for wear and always ensure they are secure and tight on the sole of the shoe. Your cleats may need some slight adjusting and tightening in between multiple rides!
